Yes, probably. We find that most of our clients are seeking sustainable designs and therefore tend to come to us with builders either already experienced in sustainable practices or who are very eager to learn and execute such methodology. It’s extremely rare that we find ourselves working with builders that don’t subscribe to modern methods or who shun details rooted in sound building science, but they are out there and we won’t be at all shy in letting you know if you have one in tow.
